I thought I had a transmission issue but they diagnosed it as a sensor problem which fixed the problem and saved me big bucks. Sam is good and honest

Firstly, thank you Sam and Transmasters! I had the most excellent experince with Sam who was very honest and informative. I have zero knowledge about cars and Sam helped me understand what my car needed. I believed my 2017 Nissan Rouge needed a new transmission and when I called around, many places were ready to charge me $5000+ and go about their day. When I called Transmasters, Sam encouraged me to bring in my car so he can have a look before ordering anything and giving me a quote. Within a few hours of me dropping it off, Sam called me and informed me that it wasn't a transmission issue but a power issue within my car. Suddenly all my worries were gone and Sam gave my car a full look over and offered to fix a few things that I had been neglecting all for a fair price. My car was ready within 24 hours and drives like a brand new car. I saved over $4000 and will 100% be bringing my car back and any future cars over to Transmasters. My Audi indicated that I was low on oil...so I rushed to Transmasters and they checked the oil level, leaks and oil indicators. Fixed it within the hour and I was on my way. Great service and quick turnaround. Many thanks.

The day my transmission died I thought my Ram Promaster was done. Luckily I found Transmasters on Google and it was close to my home. Transmaster provided the most professional and thorough service I have seen so far from vehicle repair services. The employees were very attentive and the owner very clear with the time frame and work that needed to be performed.
